Studio Policies


To book any type of session a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, along with a signed agreement to our studio policies. Additional payment details are outlined in the studio policy agreement.

Booking to We kindly accept cash, check, and credit cards. Please write all checks out to: Maria Roseann Creative Company.


On Site Location Fees: MRCreativeCo will book all off site locations. Client is responsible for any location fees and will be advised of the cost prior to MRCreativeCo booking the location. Engagement sessions that include more than one location require that all locations be located within a 10 mile radius to reduce time spent in travel. If applicable, the Client is responsible for all day of session transportation or parking costs will be billed separately within 7 days of the shoot. 

Travel: All on-site sessions include up to 30 miles from the studio location (zip code 08028). Additional travel fees will be quoted up front and included in the final payment. Excludes wedding and/or engagement packages.

Wedding and Engagement Packages includes up to 3 hours of travel from the studio location (zip code 08028). Additional travel fees, including, food, flight and/or hotel will be booked based on wedding location. All travel will be quoted up front and included in the deposit.


Our goal is to deliver final your memories as quickly as possible while providing the quality you expect. The following schedule outlines when you can start to see you images after all sessions, including, Family, 21 Months, Pets, and Engagement:

  1. Sneak Peeks - 3-5 Images will be posted within the first week via Instagram/Facebook

  2. Client Review - 2 weeks after your session we send your personalized link and digital images!

  3. The Blog - 2-3 weeks after your session we will blog away with our favorites 

  4. Print Packages - You can order prints directly from your personalized link from our trusted third party vendor**

  5. Albums - 12 to 16 weeks - Albums can be added to any package

Please note, while we always do our best to turn around your images in a timely manner, we are a small business working primarily on weekends, and depending on the time of year we may require longer than usual turn around times. As always, we will communicate our deadlines to the best of our ability and will be sure to provide clear updates during our creative process. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide high quality products to each and every one of our clients.


MRCreativeCo will follow all COVID-19 Guidelines issued by NJ State Law and nationwide practices. This includes using hand sanitizers on all equipment and props used for the shoot, social distancing whenever possible, temperature checks before sessions and all employees will wear a mask at all times.

All in-studio sessions will be limited and dependent on type of session, along with the number of people. MRCreativeCo reserves the right to modify sessions as needed or cancel if necessary.


*MRCreativeCo has selected our third party vendor because of the quick turn around and quality of their images. MRCC does not print on site therefore we do not set the timing and delivery of products ordered from the site. We can only guarantee image quality if printed from our selected vendor. 


  • What should we wear?
    We have good news! Once you book, we'll send you a full guide of what to wear and what looks the best based on the type of session. However for most sessions I tell my clients keep it simple with a pop of color or a bold statement jewely piece. Our recommendation is to mix and match light and dark colors then add a splash of jewelry to top it off. For example, if you're in a light color pair that with a bold statement piece (gold/silver necklace) and have your partner in a dark shirt with a light color accessory (tie or pocket squre). Patterns work too, but try to limit the number of people in plaid or patterns so you don't overdo it. The key is get a nice balance of colors and patterns! If you're doing a two hour session don't forget to bring a second outfit and save the best for when the sun is just about to go down. And you're really stuck, shoot us an email with your outfit and we'd be happy to help you chose!
  • Why do you only offer two session times for outdoor sessions?
    Great question! We only offer two outdoor session times because getting the light right is the most important part of photography and the best light is available when the sun is rising or setting. In the end our goal is to provide our clients with memories they can hang on their walls for years to come. Also, we want our clients to look and feel their absolute best and we've learned that these times create the most amazing photos.
  • What happens if we need to reschedule due to weather?
    The one downside of shooting outdoors is we cannot control mother nature, which we will not hold against you. In the event, that we need to reschedule due to rain, snow or other acts of God we will not charge a rescheduling fee; however, we cannot guarantee that the location selected will be available for the new session date. In the event the location is able to reschedule MRCreativeCo will not charge any additional rescheduling fee. If there was assoicated location fee and the location allows the fee to be transfered to the new date, there will be no futher payment required. If the location is unable to reschedule and a fee was paid in advance, MRCreativeCo will bill the client for any charges incurred and any additional fees to re-book the session.
  • What is the Studio Agreement?
    Our studio agreement outlines all the studio details from booking information, payment requirements, studio turn around times, image copywrites, downloading and priting images, and all the just in case information. All our packages will be provided with one of the following contracts: wedding, protrait (includes: engagement, family, baby and pet), model and/or minor release, and a print release. The contract issued will be determined by the type of session booked and must be signed before the session occurs.
