All Hallows Eve

October 31, 2020 Berlin, New Jersey

GUYS! I’m going to start this off by saying this wedding was E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.

Let’s start with the tear jerking first looks. Most weddings these days include a first look for the bride and groom, but Chrissy had something else in mind. Her adopted daughter had an important question to ask, Michael, her future husband, and there was no better time than now. So, we lined Michael up for a first look at his bride, but instead he was met with a beautiful young witch asking him to officially adopt her. He cried. She cried. We all cried. It was the first tear-jerking set of photos and a such special moment that set the rest of the day up for more tears and an overwhelming amount of happiness. (Oh, and of course, we reset the stage for another first look, which resulted in more crying as Michael took Chrissy in his arms).

After that we jumped into family portraits, which included Freddie Krueger and smoking pumpkins because Halloween. And last, but not least the imitate backyard wedding was filled with beautiful words and everlasting commitments. Then the party commenced with a guest list that included, but was not limited to Jason, bloody doctors, vampires, and fairy princesses.

I am so honored that I had the pleasure of being the photographer for one of the most unique weddings I’ve ever photographed or attended. Chrissy and Michael have a long dating history and were more than ready to blend their families together and become The Pierson’s, party of 8! Wishing them all love and happiness til death do they part and beyond.
