Two weeks ago Tess & Justin tied the knot with the most beautiful celebration at Flourtown Country Golf Club on the outskirts of Philadelphia. The day unfolded without a hitch – as Tess got ready with her family and friends in the bridal suite, Justin relaxed with the men on the outside deck. Once ready, they exchanged handwritten vows during their first look overlooking the golf course.
Their ceremony was held under the tallest set of oak trees with the golf course in the background. They were married by close family friends who took the time to tell everyone about Tess & Justin as individuals and as them as a couple. Their love for each shined through every word as their friends and family watched the union in awe.
After the ceremony, we packed the entire family into golf carts and hit the course to play nine holes. Just kidding – no golf was played, but we did take some fun shots where I got to scream, “RUN ME OVER!” as 6 golf carts barreled towards us.

Now let’s talk reception – of all the weddings I’ve attended, either as a guest or as the photographer, I have never seen guests hop on the dance floor after salad, before the entrees, and with such passion I was tempted to put the camera aside and join them. It was amazing.
Earlier in the day, Tess says to me, “Get ready you’re about see some moves that you didn’t know even existed”. I laughed and figured it was said with love and some exaggeration, but I stood corrected. The dance moves ranged from grown men circle dances to cartwheels and piggybacks. Pure joy.
It was a magical day filled with lots of love, laughter and stellar dance moves that will be hard to forget for years to come. Cheers to two most beautiful souls, wishing you a lifetime of love.

As a vendor, they went above and beyond. We've worked with a number of vendors, but we felt a special call out was needed to the whole team. Jenny, who took the time to walk me through the venue beforehand, and to our wedding day assistant who went above and beyond to make sure, not only were the bride and groom, but we as photographers had what we needed to do our jobs smoothly. This is much appreciated and we felt deserves a special call out. We hope to work with you and your beautiful venue again in the future!
